The item may be returned if it is not as described or is defective. Your purchase charge will be refunded the same method used to make the original purchase. Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and a detailed description of any issues with photographs of the item in question. Please DO NOT send in any items until the Return has been approved. Used items are not eligible for return. 3CC does not offer free Returns.

- Facemasks – $20
- Visors – $15
- Accessories – $15
- Chinstraps & Hardware – $10
The following items or services are not refundable:
- Shipping Insurance
- Original Shipping Cost
To be eligible for a Refund/Return, items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging within 30 days of your order date.
Can the items be exchanged?
No, 3CC does not offer exchanges. The customer will need to go through the return process. Once the return is approved and has been received, the customer will receive a refund and will need to place a new order on our site for the exchange.
